Thank you for shopping with WebSpark Media POD Store. Every product we sell is made-to-order, which means your item is specially printed and prepared after your order is placed.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During holidays, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order has been printed and packed, it will be shipped to your address.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Within India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders (if available): 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that the total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the products ordered.
  • We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Shipping Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges for re-delivery may apply. Orders already shipped cannot always be redirected.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
